PACK is a new-age hospitality brand built to bring you a more thoughtful holiday. Stays often sit at the heart of any trip, yet hotels rarely do justice to the experience with their templated rooms and forgettable services. We believe every holiday has its own purpose, mood, and rhythm, and your stay should mirror that.

PACK was founded by the core team behind Zostel, the world's largest chain of backpacker hostels. After a decade spent shaping the travel culture in India, building communities, and growing brands, the team reunited to respond to a new kind of traveller.

Post-COVID habits have shifted. Travel has moved far beyond lifeless hotels and the same old Mall Road routine. Thanks to global exposure and social-media awareness, we've become cultured, hyper-aware, non-linear travellers. We crave food that roots us to a place, spaces that let us unwind without interruption, and hospitality that feels human. PACK was built for this.

The founders saw an opportunity to create something more versatile, design-first, and community-forward. Something that feels local, yet dreams global. And because every trip calls for something different. Be it an indulgent staycation with your partner, a city crashpad for work, or a quiet chalet away from tourist-heavy hubs.
