Cancellation & Refund Policy

At PACK, we keep things simple, transparent, and guest-friendly. Our policies are designed to balance flexibility for travelers with fairness to our partner properties across India.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all PACK brands: Indulge, Offbeat, LiveAway, BackPack, and PACK.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Date Changes (Modifications)

• Date changes are subject to availability
• If the new dates have a higher tariff, the difference must be paid at the time of modification
• A booking can be modified once without any service fee (not applicable to non-refundable rates)

No-Show Policy

• Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show
• No-show bookings are fully chargeable and not eligible for refunds

Early Check-Out

If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled date, the unused nights are non-refundable.

Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be:

• Processed to the original payment method
• Initiated within 7–10 working days
• The timeline may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway

Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond control, PACK may:

• Offer credit vouchers valid for 6–12 months, or
• Reschedule stays without extra charges, subject to availability

Property-Specific Policies

Some PACK properties may have unique cancellation rules based on:

• Peak season dates
• Local regulations
• Property limitations

These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and will override the standard policy.
